To get started:

2. Send logo (optional).
3. Print forms and distribute to participants.
4. Sell, Sell, Sell.
5. Total each package number by flavor on this form. Then email to BMoses@MosesFamilyBrands.com.
6. Payment due with order totals prior to delivery.
7. Order will be available for shipping or delivery by the agreed upon delivery date. You will be responsible for any shipping costs if shipping is required.
8. Items will be bulk packed by each package number. You will sort by participant.
